3月12日全球最大奢侈品集团路易·威登集团 LVMH Group T Galleria DFS 联合Lyons Gallery举行2022国际妇女节画展慈善拍卖鸡尾酒晚会，将募集善款捐赠给澳大利亚妇女联合会Australia Women United Association (AWUA) 。

澳大利亚妇女联合会会长 Nancy Wang President Australian Women United Association发言致辞。她说每个女性在塑造社会中都扮演着至关重要的角色，世界各地的人们都携手向女性致敬。澳大利亚妇女联合会致力于帮助澳洲妇女弱势群体，女性需要从内心上真正强大起来，摆脱过去的沉重束缚，重视自己的价值。
Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen,
Good evening.
On behalf of Australia Women United Association AWUA, I am honoured to be invited and speak at the T Galleria by DFS International Women’s Day event.
Thank you for this opportunity where we can all imagine a better world together. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where differences are celebrated and valued. We need to come together to forge womens equality, so we may together, break through the social issue.
Every woman plays a important role in shaping our society, and here at AWUA, we promote that ideal. AWUA has worked with government intervention groups such as the domestic violence relief organisation for women and children, and the Anti-domestic Violence Education Department where our members are encouraged to participate in base skill training regarding domestic violence in the bilingual, immigrant and refugee communities.
At the same time, AWUA is a community platform for outstanding women who have excelled at their field of work to encourage other woman who have goals to develop their skills and to become independent and confident.
Looking back at the past two years, a lot has happened that has changed our lives. The pandemic continues, and the world has become more unstable. The work we spent so much time to build is now in great risk as many women have lost their jobs due to the turmoil and stagnation of the economic development these recent years.
The World Organization for Women has always emphasized the importance of harmony. So what we need now is mutual understanding and trust along with harmonious social and family environments.
"A woman is not the moon"
They deserve their own sparkle;
"Women can't live only for men"
They should have their own pursuits
"Women are complete"
Love and career are equally important.
I hope we can all work together to spread these ideas, for the future is female!

我很荣幸代表澳大利亚妇女联合会AWUA 受邀在 DFS旗下T广场国际妇女节活动发言。
感谢DFS给我们这个机会，让我们一起想象一个更美好的世界。 一个没有偏见、刻板印象和歧视的世界。 一个多元化、公平和包容的世界。 一个庆祝和重视差异的世界。 我们需要团结起来建立女性平等，这样我们才能一起解决社会问题。
每个女人在塑造我们的社会中都扮演着重要的角色，在 澳大利亚妇女联合会AWUA，我们宣扬这一理想。AWUA 与政府部门合作，例如妇女和儿童家庭暴力救济组织，以及反家庭暴力教育部，并鼓励我们的成员在双语、移民和难民社区参加有关家庭暴力的基本技能培训。
